- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon cream cheese
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 3
- 3 teaspoons marinara sauce (or substitute white or pesto sauce)
- Toppings of your choice

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Simultaneously, turn on the mini waffle maker.
- In a bowl, add the egg, coconut our, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Mix the ingredients.
- Pour ½ of the mixture into the waffle maker and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Take out the chaffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Add marinara sauce, toppings of your choice, mozzarella cheese on top of each cooked chaffle.
- Place the chaffles on a baking sheet and put them in the oven.
- Let it bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese becomes bubbly.
- Take the chaffles out from the oven.
- Serve and enjoy!
