Ingredients

For Tofu

  • 1 Package Tofu
  • 1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1 Small Sweet Oniion Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp. Soy Sauce

Burrito

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Medium Avocado Sliced
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Large Carrot Julienne Cut
  • 6 Gluten-Free Tortillas

Instructions

  • Dry & press the tofu as the package suggests.
  • In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over low-medium heat.
  • Saute onions for 2-3 minutes, then add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add tofu cubes, salt cumin, turmeric, paprika, and soy sauce.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the spinach, avocado, and cooked tofu into the tortilla wrap & roll it up.
  • Grill your burrito in the pan to seal all the flavors in.
