You don't have to make heart-shaped waffles only on Valentine's Day! They are fun and super easy to make! I also love that they are gluten-free and so delicious!
You can also use your mini waffle maker for fun shaped yummy chaffles. If you aren't familiar with a chaffle, it is the new buzz all over the internet. So what are they, you ask? They are a substitute for bread in most cases, although we make some delicious chaffle desserts too. The easiest way to describe them is a cheese and waffle = chaffle!
If you have also never baked with amaranth flour, you are in for a treat! I love the nutty flavor, which makes this flour utterly different from your regular gluten-free flour blend.
Let's get baking so you can enjoy these yummy waffles! That are heart-shaped, of course.
