So what is a chaffle? They are egg, cheese, and other ingredients cooked in a mini waffle maker.

Italian Chaffle
Servings: 2 chaffles
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- ¼ teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- Add all of the ingredients into the tomatoes in a bowl, except the tomatoes. Mix them well. Then add the tomatoes and mix again.
- Pour ½ of the chaffle batter into the waffle maker and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Repeat and cook the remaining batter for the second chaffle.
- Serve and enjoy!
