I will be the first to say, I L-O-V-E brownies! If you like sweets on occasion, you have to try my BEST EVER BROWNIE recipe. What makes these even more exceptional is that they are gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. My kind of treat!!!
Feel free to experiment with adding walnuts, almonds, pecans, coconut, dairy-free chocolate chips, or dried cranberries. The possibilities are endless!

You can also substitute the olive oil for melted coconut oil and the maple syrup for vanilla. I am just partial to my creation.
I prefer to bake my brownies in a glass baking pan instead of using a metal pan. They taste better!!

BEST EVER Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Gluten-free flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 Cup Organic cacao powder
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tsp sea salt
- 3/4 Cup Almond milk
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp Pure maple syrup
Optional:
- 1 Cup Pecans, walnuts or almonds
- 1 Cup Dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients – flour, sugar, cacao powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil, almond milk, and maple syrup and mix until fully incorporated.
- Grease an 8” x 8” baking dish with olive oil and pour the batter into the dish.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of the batter comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy!!
