BEST EVER Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Brownies

I will be the first to say, I L-O-V-E brownies! If you like sweets on occasion, you have to try my BEST EVER BROWNIE recipe. What makes these even more exceptional is that they are gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. My kind of treat!!!

Feel free to experiment with adding walnuts, almonds, pecans, coconut, dairy-free chocolate chips, or dried cranberries. The possibilities are endless!

I worked hard at creating a recipe that can be enjoyed on any occasion by everyone. Think birthdays, pot lucks, bake sale, church, or block party.

These brownies will make you famous for sure!

They are so good, and your kids will gobble them up! Do you have a little chef in the making? Let them whip up these easy one-bowl brownies! They will feel like they are a true culinarian.

 

You can also substitute the olive oil for melted coconut oil and the maple syrup for vanilla. I am just partial to my creation.

I prefer to bake my brownies in a glass baking pan instead of using a metal pan. They taste better!!

BEST EVER Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Brownies

Moist & chewy homemade brownies like your Grandma used to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Gluten-free flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut palm sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Organic cacao powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Pure maple syrup

Optional:

  • 1 Cup Pecans, walnuts or almonds
  • 1 Cup Dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine dry ingredients – flour, sugar, cacao powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, almond milk, and maple syrup and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Grease an 8” x 8” baking dish with olive oil and pour the batter into the dish.
  • Cook for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of the batter comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
